1. Life membership is open only to all former pupils of MES. Fee is RM60 with full voting rights.
2. Associate membership is open to all past and present teachers & staff of Methodist English School (SK & SMK Methodist. (No Fees & has no voting rights)
3. Honorary membership is by invitation only. (No Fees & has no voting rights)
4. Youth Membership are for school leavers between the age of 17 to 20 years old. (No Fees & no voting rights)
